In General: Our Trays, Totes, and Bins are manufactured using a proprietary process and reinforced fiberglass thermoset composite materials. The products are dimensionally stable. They will withstand static loads up to 200 lbs., and temperature ranges of -40 F to 250 F. NSF and U.L. ratings available. If you don�t see the size you are looking for please call us. Formulations are also available to perform in the pH range of 3.0 to 12.0 in addition to chemical resistant, degreaser resistant, autoclave resistant and flame retardant. ESD: These trays are made from ESD safe materials for electronic assembly that meet the requirement of ANSI/ESD S20.20.
