Cart Warranty

Carts Warranty:
– Frames are warranted to stay as strong as new for 5 years.
– Our heavy power paint, zinc, and chrome plating will not delaminate, fade, or become
unattractive for 3 years.
– Static Control (ESD) properties must remain within the nationally accepted standards of
ANSI/ESDA S20.20, GSA, and The ESD Association established and in place at the time of
sale, for 5 years. In a normal environment.
Exceptions:
– Our cart warranty is only extended to the original purchaser and is prorated when used in
multiple-shift operations.
– Casters are warranted against premature wear for 3 years.
– Normal wear and tear is expected over time and is not covered.
Product Returns:
As we make all orders from base materials, and do not carry an inventory, we charge a
“restocking fee” on unneeded and unwanted yet ordered products. We also charge a restocking
fee for products ordered but cancelled after the product is built. This covers our repackaging,
handling, and remarketing. Customers pay for freight both ways.
Restocking fee schedule:
A. Tray, Stencil, Chassis. SMT, Solder Pettet, and Platform carts in standard sizes and colors
will be charged 30%.
B. Custom design and non-catalogue items are non-returnable
C. No product shall be returned after 30 days
D. Customer Pays Freight
E. Please inspect all Packaging for any damage and notify the driver.
All damages are handled between you and the Carrier.
