Collect Shipments

We will gladly ship via your specified carrier; however, we will not ship with certain carriers due to poor experience. Please note that for freight collect shipments you are responsible for order tracking once freight is loaded onto assist you with filing damage claims with your carrier.

Shipping Charges for Prepaid Shipments

All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. Shipping method is determined by the size and weight of each item. Items of differing size and weight may ship independently, by different methods, even if ordered together. There is a fee for lift gate and residential delivery. Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries. Standard truck delivery is directed to a dock facility that is designed to receive freight.

Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees will be charged for shipments to anywhere in the contiguous United States. Other terms apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and outside US countries. Customer must provide their carrier information and handle all Tax, duty, fees, etc., etc. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as Crate or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the customer, the consignee. If the product is damaged in transit, customer's only recourse is to file a claim with the carrier.

• We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.

• When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

• Like many websites, we use "cookies" to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our websites.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways: confirmations and other necessary, non-promotional e-mails cannot be opted out of).

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below.

The term "outside parties" does not include www.jnaindustries.com. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

Do We Use "Cookies"?

Returns & Replacements

Return Policy If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us at sales@jnaindustries.com within 30 days of receipt. A refund may be arranged excluding freight charges upon inspection. Returned merchandise is also must be shipped in the original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in a resalable condition.

Returned merchandise is also subject to a 30% restocking fee. J&A inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, used, or non-resalable items. Your only obligation is the freight charge and stocking fee where applicable provided your return is complete with original packaging, all documentation, warranty cards, hardware, etc.

J&A reserves the right to authorize product returns after 30 days have passed from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after this period, it is subject to a 30% restocking fee and a credit will be issued. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all returns. The customer is also responsible for return shipping charges, insurance, and shipment tracking for returned merchandise. For certain returns, please note that while shipping labels with RMA # maybe issued for your convenience, return shipping charges may be incurred depending on the reason(s) for the return request. If an order ship prior to the cancellation request, the customer is responsible for any freight charges incurred.

Certain Products are Non-Returnable and/or Non-Cancelable. Once you place an order for custom-cut, customer built, or special-order items, your order is considered non-cancelable. Any custom-cut, customer built, or special-order items purchased by you are also non-returnable. Leased and hazardous items are also non-returnable. Some standard items are also a non-returnable example, All Feeder racks, any modified products, ICT fixture shelf, and cart, please make sure to discuss the items with sales.
